Forma London was appointed to review the condition of the building, existing services and the extensive external facilities.

Having undertaken the initial surveys & validations on the building’s services, a report was produced.

From this schedule, a budget and scope of works were produced prior to the commencement of site activities.

Within an 8-week period, we designed, restored and refurbished the entire site, creating new functional office space whilst ensuring careful control of the developer’s construction budget.

We now provide ongoing Formacare aftercare services to the Landlord.
