Having undertaken the initial surveys & validations on the buildings services a report was produced.

From this schedule a budget and scope of works were produced prior to the commencement of site activities.

Within an 8 week period we designed, restored and refurbished the entire site, creating new functional office space whilst ensuring careful control of the developers construction budget.

We now provide ongoing Formacare aftercare services to the Landlord.
