Summary:

Having completed the CAT A works to the floor on behalf of the London & Oxford Group, we were then invited to tender for the for the CAT B fit-out for the incoming tenant, Amicus Wealth’s new space. This was let on a Design & Build basis.

An exacting unique requirement and tight deadlines to achieve for the project meant we had to produce space plans and renders for the various areas of the floor within weeks, to keep to the clients’ timeline that could not be missed.

With the support and trust of the client team we were able to turn around the designs quickly and reimagine the space to achieve the clients’ requirements.

These included 10 meeting rooms with a musical theme and associated artwork, variable lighting control, a welcoming front of house space, high density open plan office facilities, comms facilities, furniture, and an open plan breakout area where they can host client events and large format internal presentations.

The result is a modern office environment with welcoming and comfortable facilities for both staff and visiting clients
