Summary: Forma London worked with the Grind to create a new 20,000 sq. ft. Roastery facility to help with their expanding production requirements.

Forma London worked closely with a professional team to design & fit-out this new space. This included a fully functioning Roastery with Roasters, Tinning Line, Packing & Racking Areas. It also included alteration to the existing office space to create a Maintenance Workshop, Clean Room, Office, Training Areas & upgrade of the toilets & shower facilities.

The construction works consisted of a full strip-out, asbestos removal works, new incoming supplies, extensive mechanical and electrical services, coordination of specialist kit, new floor coverings, tea-points, toilets facilities and redecorations. It also included the overhaul of existing windows, main shutter and external doors.

Despite the tight deadlines and inherited nature of the existing warehouse, we were able to deliver a new space for the client which meets their needs.
