Summary: A residential scheme in Wanstead where the owners wished to really place their stamp on the property.

To do this Loud Architects worked closely with the owners to produce a detailed design and finishes package that worked for the client & within the space.

Forma London was approached by Loud Architects to provide our construction and buildability expertise, whilst the Structural Design Studio & Loud put the finishing details together for the construction pack.
We then tendered the works and secured the delivery of this exciting extension & refurbishment project..

Works included an extension & remodelling to the rear of the house, a bespoke kitchen, along with a large opening formed to house the wonderful Crittall doors that now provide lots of light into the formerly dark hallway. Unique tiling, a bespoke sink & many other details were carefully created within the project to give the property a real customised identity.

The project recently featured in the Real Homes Magazine, which we are really pleased to see, as it was a wonderful project to be involved in.
