Summary:

Forma London working on behalf of the landlord, Helical PLC, to deliver internal fitout and refurbishment works within this reimagined Victorian wool warehouse in E1.

 

The Loom is 110,000 Sq.Ft of modern workspaces, set within the characterful charm of the building.

 

We recently undertook a CAT B fitout for an existing tenant moving within the building that is continuing to expand operations and required additional open plan space and meeting facilities.

 

The double-glazed crittall frame system utilised compliments the original building and provides the tenant with suitable acoustic levels. Loose lay LVT flooring allows for easy adaptation of the spaces to suite tenants changing needs and provides a warmth to the space. Exposed services give  an urban edge and add to the character of the space which is meticulously replicated throughout the building.
