Working for both the landlord, Borough Market and the incoming tenant of this historic building, nestled in the heart of the Borough Market, which was established in 1756, you will find the new offices of our client Linstock.

This famous road has played a key role in many films (Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels, Bridget Jones, American Werewolf in London). An unusual mixed-use property providing both a commercial and residential environment, where the landlord and client had a clear vision to retain and enhance the period features of this building.
